Public Service Number for a Foreigner

This services includes assistance in the course of the registration of foreigners at the National Revenue Agency, with a view to easier payments of health insurance and social security contributions. This service is performed by dint of a letter of attorney with the notarization of a signature and includes:

• An initial consultation on the necessity for a personal public service number and the procedure, which follows, as well as necessary documents;

• Assistance at the drawing-up of a power of attorney and accompanying by a sworn interpreter;

• The collection and preparation of necessary documents, translation and legalization of documents, if necessary;

• Representation before the National Revenue Agency (NRA) for the issue of a foreigner’s personal public service number. This service is finalized upon the presentation of a document from NRA, containing such a number, as it stipulates a foreigner’s address for tax and health insurance and social security purposes.

The price for this service is fixed according to Client’s individual needs and the volume of work done, as well as we consider the time expended for oral translations/interpreting by a sworn interpreter, the type and the volume of legalized documents. For convenience of our Client, a correspondence can be conducted in a language convenient to him.
