Representation Before Institutions
This service is performed by dint of a given power of attorney. The competent collaborator of Vesta Consult represents you before different public bodies of state administration, as one is entitled to give and obtain information, to submit and receive documents and to take different legal and factual actions in your interest. Some institutions require notarization of the signatures of a right-holder or explicit authorization for certain actions. For this purpose, the needs of a Client must be determined exactly and in the greatest possible detail, so that a letter of attorney will include everything what is necessary.
In the course of our practice, most often we represent our Clients before: 
- National Revenue Agency;
- National Social Security Institute;
- National Statistical Institute;
- Labor Inspectorate offices;
- Banks and credit institutions and many others.
