In short the Joint Comittee is responsible for the workers whose occupation is mostly of a manual nature and for their employers. According to our oppinion with the last modifications of the law, it means that the foreign workers should not be put into discriminative conditions in comparison with the native ones. It means that the highest level of social securities and health contributions has to be paid in Bulgaria and the net salary of the foreign workers has to be equal or higher than the wages, accepted by the Comittee.
